Cooking has always been part of my life. Growing up, my mother prepared every meal from fresh ingredients and made everything from scratch. I didn’t fully realize how special that was until I experienced meals in other homes. From a young age, I learned to make many of her signature dishes — from main courses to pies, cookies, and cakes — and those early lessons still guide me in the kitchen today.
After I married, home-cooked meals were simply expected, and I continued to refine my skills by reading cookbooks and cooking magazines. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of preparing meals for family gatherings, dinner parties, and professionally for GE executives and customers. Those experiences strengthened my confidence and deepened my appreciation for both presentation and hospitality. While living in Belgium, I also embraced new ingredients and broadened my creativity through international cooking experiences.
I later moved to Hilton Head Island to be closer to my daughter, Chef Lynn Michelle, and my grandsons. When Lynn began her private chef business, she asked if I would help one evening — and I’ve been part of the team ever since. Working alongside my daughter and grandsons has been one of the greatest joys of my life.
For me, every event is a celebration. Whether it’s a family reunion, milestone, or vacation dinner, I love being part of creating joyful moments around the table and sharing in the happiness of our clients.
Justine Milosev has been part of the food and beverage industry since her teenage years, building experience across a variety of roles including hostess, server, bartender, and barista. Growing up on Hilton Head Island, she developed a deep appreciation for hospitality and the importance of creating welcoming, memorable experiences for guests.
She holds ServSafe certifications and brings a warm, attentive approach to every event. Justine’s love for food has also been shaped by travel and exploring new cuisines, which continues to inspire her work.
Her favorite item to serve is a beautifully arranged charcuterie board, enjoying both the creativity involved and the way it brings people together. One of her most memorable culinary experiences was traveling to Serbia and discovering new flavors and traditions. Justine values teamwork and takes pride in offering true Southern hospitality, helping ensure every Chef Lynn Michelle client feels cared for and celebrated.
Nikola Milosev has been working in the culinary and food service industry since 2012. He began his career as a line cook and later served as a kitchen manager at a local Hilton Head Island restaurant, gaining years of hands-on experience in fast-paced kitchen environments. His background also includes serving and bartending, giving him a well-rounded understanding of both the front and back of house.
Raised in Serbia, Nikola grew up surrounded by farm-fresh ingredients and meals made from scratch, which inspired his lifelong passion for food and cooking. He holds ServSafe certifications and brings a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and calm presence to every event.
Nikola’s favorite dish to prepare is pasta, appreciating its versatility and endless creative possibilities. One of his favorite memories with Team Chef Lynn Michelle was working in a beautiful oceanfront home on Hilton Head Island, creating a special experience for clients. He enjoys meeting guests and helping make their time on the island truly memorable, always working collaboratively to deliver exceptional food and service.

Food has always been at the center of my life. Growing up on Hilton Head Island in a kitchen led by my mom, Chef Lynn Michelle, and my grandmother, Cathie, shaped who I am. Some of my earliest memories are of prepping ingredients at the counter, learning family cooking techniques, and watching fresh, local ingredients come together to create unforgettable meals.
In 2021, I officially joined the team, working side-by-side with my family to create private dining experiences throughout the Lowcountry. I enjoy being involved in the full process — from sourcing ingredients to cooking and serving — and helping ensure each event feels seamless, welcoming, and meaningful for our clients.
In 2011, I relocated to Vail, Colorado, where I built a career in real estate while continuing to return seasonally to cook alongside our team. Though Colorado is home base, Hilton Head remains deeply connected to who I am. I regularly travel back to stay hands-on with our family business and continue the culinary traditions that have been passed down through generations.
For me, food is about more than what’s on the plate — it’s about connection, family, and bringing people together around the table.

Amy Allen’s journey into the culinary world began with family. As the youngest of four, she grew up learning from her father—who discovered a love for cooking later in life—and gathering treasured recipes from her mother-in-law. Though she holds no formal culinary certification, Amy’s hands-on experience and passion for food have made her a valuable member of Team Chef Lynn Michelle.
When Chef Lynn invited her to join the team, Amy didn’t hesitate. Their longtime friendship evolved into a professional bond, where Amy now receives ongoing, in-depth training directly from the chef she admires. She has a particular love for preparing Fresh Fish En Papillote and Italian classics like Chicken Milanese.
For Amy, one of the most meaningful parts of this work is watching families create memories while she helps craft their meals. Her favorite moments are those shared in the kitchen—whether with clients or her team—bringing energy, care, and connection to every event.
Outside of work, Amy has a fun claim to fame: she was a repeat swimming competition winner during vacations at Aloha Kai in Siesta Key. Now, she channels that same spirit into contributing positivity, dedication, and excellence to every Chef Lynn Michelle experience.
Born and raised in the Hilton Head Island/Savannah area I have always had a passion for keeping things local. While we do some national work, promoting local businesses is my happy place.
Since social media began and is now such a large part of our everyday lives, I’ve always promoted small businesses I’ve worked at, continuously watching “how-to” and “keeping up to date” videos for 16 years now.
In 2014 I purchased a magazine called Premier Lowcountry and kept it going for over 2 more years until I realized marketing and advertising were all going DIGITAL. I decided to see what I could accomplish with offering social media management for my clients which showed to be a more rewarding avenue.
Expanding from social media, eventually I finally started my own agency in 2017 adding logo creation, e-mail marketing, graphic design, and then partnering with Chris Shomo for graphics, SEO and custom web design.
