Blew us all away
Chef Lynn blew us all away with her shrimp, sausage, corn Creole dinner last month. Starting with her "Secret recipe" crab cakes which were a perfect blend of flakey texture and melt in your mouth...a fresh salty sea wonder. The skillet cornbread with melted butter, honey and a touch of spice grabbed my taste buds like a roller coaster...the only problem was the fight for the last piece.
